Paul Hale has an extensive career in management and sales within the welding and industrial supply sectors. Currently serving as Branch Manager and Driver Manager at Airgas since July 2019, Paul has also held the position of Inside Sales Representative at Coastal Welding Supply since August 2016, where responsibilities include processing orders and training new personnel. Prior experience encompasses a role as Branch Manager at Praxair, Inc. from January 2000 to June 2014, during which Paul led operational efforts, achieving store of the year and managing a successful startup. Additionally, Paul was the owner of Pj's Welding from August 1990 to December 2000, overseeing a welding shop and mobile service catering to various industrial needs.
