Richard Moshier

Richard Moshier possesses extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as a Supervising Engineer at Coastland Civil Engineering, Inc. since February 2015. Previously, Richard held the position of Director of Transportation and Public Works for the City of Santa Rosa from February 1981 to December 2014. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University at Long Beach between 1972 and 1977.
