Stephen Rosen

Head of Customer Service at Coast

Stephen Rosen has a varied work experience, beginning in 2013 when they were a Communications Intern at GameDesk. In 2014 they were a Region Market Development Intern at Mercer, followed by two roles at Mercer in 2015 as a Senior Analyst and Talent Analyst. In 2016, they moved to Better where they held five roles, including Head of Sales, Director of Sales Strategy and Operations, Chief of Staff, Partnerships Operations Manager, and Growth Associate. Most recently, in 2022 they became the Head of Customer Service at Coast.

Stephen Rosen attended Harvard-Westlake School from 2007 to 2011. Stephen then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, graduating in 2015. Stephen also took classes at the University of Michigan, though it is unclear if they completed any degree there.
