Harmeet Kour has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Sales Operations Associate at Coastr, where they provided administrative support to the sales team, obtained missing information, and provided reliable support to customers queries. From 2020-2021, they worked at HDFC Life in two roles: Sr. Corporate Agency Manager and Executive Trainee. As Sr. Corporate Agency Manager, they reviewed insurance applications for submission and adherence and underwriting alternatives and kept detailed records of decisions made. As Executive Trainee, they generated leads with licensed staff of bank and advised customers on various tax saving plans. In 2019, they worked as a Social Media Assistant at CoHo.in, where they handled online promotion of accommodations through social media platforms and generated leads. Harmeet also worked as an Executive Assistant Sales Marketing at BRIO Digital in 2019. Finally, in 2018, they worked as an Assistant Operations Manager at OYO, where they ensured highest standards of Service and Client Satisfaction and acted as the first level of escalation for any customer issues.
