Elise Manns is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in human resources and safety across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager - People & Safety at Coates since September 2021, Elise is responsible for a comprehensive range of functions including HR, HSEQ, leadership and learning, and sustainability. As a Principal at PCT Services and Consulting, Elise provides expert advice on people and culture transformations during periods of change. Previous roles include Group Executive People Safety & Culture at APA Group, where achievements included driving high-performance people strategies and leading successful integration efforts during acquisitions.
