Andrew Fisher has extensive experience in project and shutdown management, currently serving as Shutdown Manager at Coates since January 2016. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing shutdowns and managing both internal staff and client contractors. Previously, Andrew held the position of Assistant Shutdown Manager, where the focus was on building the competency of the operational workforce in customer service and ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards. Additionally, Andrew has a background as a Tool Controller, specializing in safety practices and documentation across various significant projects. Prior to joining Coates, Andrew worked as a Stores Leading Hand at Laing O'Rourke from January 2008 to February 2015, providing leadership and ensuring compliance with occupational safety measures. Andrew's education was completed at Tamatea High School.
