George Frederick has a strong background in finance and administration. George started their career as an Auditor at BASFAktiengesellschaft in 1986. George then moved on to become the Director of Finance & Administration at BASF Hungária Kft. from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they worked as a Controller at Ultraform Co. (BASF Corp. and Degussa-Hüls Corp. JV) from 1995 to 1999. George then became the VP of Finance & Administration & CFO at Unilin US MDF, where they oversaw a major capital investment and helped launch the company as a top industry performer.
