Poonam Shukla

Poonam Shukla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in audit and business control across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Market Business Control and Manager of Internal Audit at Coats since September 2022, Poonam previously held multiple roles at Sharp & Tannan Group from February 2015 to November 2022, including Manager in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and Audit Senior. Additional experience includes a managerial position at K.C. Mehta & Co. in late 2018, and an Officer Support role at Forbes Marshall from January 2017 to November 2018. Poonam holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
