Under Ben Coats' leadership, Coats Homes emphasizes innovative design, craftsmanship, and quality. Prior to this role, Ben Coats contributed to the Jackson-Shaw Company from February 2009 to July 2010, where responsibilities included managing PR and marketing for residential developments valued at approximately $100 million. As a Real Estate Broker Associate at Allie Beth Allman and Associates from February 2006 to February 2009, Ben Coats was recognized as Rookie of the Year for remarkable business performance and a 745% increase in sales production over three years. Earlier experience includes retail brokerage at The Staubach Company and an internship at HBK Investments. Ben Coats earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a focus on Real Estate and Economics from the SMU Cox School of Business, completing the degree in 2005.
