Alexandre Portugal is a senior executive with 35 years of experience in the management of services companies within the infrastructure industry. Currently serving as Board Director at APPC - Associação Portuguesa de Projectistas e Consultores since May 2022 and at COBA since January 1993, Alexandre has advanced from roles as design engineer to project manager for large-scale infrastructure projects in multinational settings. Earlier in the career, Alexandre was a Research Assistant at Laboratorio Nacional de Engenharia Civil from August 1987 to December 1992. Academic qualifications include a Senior Business Management Program (PADE) from AESE - Business School at the University of Navarra, a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, and a degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
