Nicole Schwan

Nicole Schwan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the recruitment and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Cobalt Deutschland GmbH since March 2011, Nicole has held various titles including Operations Director, Executive Director, and Head of Engineering & HR Strategy. In addition, Nicole serves on the Representative Committee for APSCo Deutschland, contributing to the representation of the APSCo vision in the German recruitment industry.
