Pam Smith

Pam Smith is an experienced professional in the fields of health, social care, and housing, currently serving as a Board Member for Cobalt Housing since November 2021. Previously, Pam held the position of Lay Member at Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group from September 2012 to June 2022 and served as Director of Pam Smith Consultancy Ltd from February 2010 to May 2020, offering services to various organizations in social care, health, and housing. A Non-Executive Director of Care Plus from November 2010 to October 2019, Pam was involved in providing housing and care in South Staffordshire and participated in the Group Audit and Risk Committee.
