Matthew Tamburri

Matthew Tamburri is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the construction and development sectors. Currently serving as the Director - Head of Construction & Development at Cobalt Recruitment since December 2024, Matthew specializes in connecting organizations with top talent in construction, development, real estate, and property management across the United States. Prior to this role, Matthew held multiple leadership positions at Owen Thomas Group, overseeing various regions and mentoring teams in the construction industry. In addition to Matthew's recruitment expertise, significant contributions were made to the American Heart Association as an Executive Board Member and speaker, sharing personal experiences as a cardiac arrest, coma, and stroke survivor. Matthew's earlier career included roles in business development at Michael Page and Tamburri Associates, as well as a private equity associate position at Skyview Capital. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from the College of Charleston.
