Brooke Lade

Brooke Lade serves as the Director of Employee Experience & Development at Cobalt Service Partners, where a focus is placed on enhancing employee engagement and promoting continuous learning through development resources. Previous roles include Chief People Officer and Director of People Operations at Digi Security Systems, as well as Executive Director at Together Tulsa, a nonprofit dedicated to providing educational opportunities for underserved youth. Additional experience includes an Education Policy Fellow position with the Urban Leaders Fellowship and teaching roles in reading and language arts. Brooke holds a Master's degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in International & Area Studies, Religious Studies, and Professional Writing from the University of Oklahoma.
