Adam Hosman

Adam Hosman has a diverse work experience in various roles related to program and project management, agile coaching, and leadership. Adam is currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Program and Project Management at CoBank since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Agile PMO at Prologis from 2022 to 2023, where they empowered engineers, mentored IT department members, and led the development of real-time analytical dashboards. From 2020 to 2022, Adam held the position of Manager of Agile and Engineering Best Practices, Enterprise Agile Coach, and SAFe Program Consultant at ScienceLogic. At Gloo, they worked as the Principle Enterprise Agile Coach and SAFe Implementation Lead from 2019 to 2020, where they increased the Scrum Masters' practice and mentored leadership. Before that, they worked at DCP Midstream as a Team Level Agile Coach, Product Owner, and Solution Owner in 2018-2019, implementing Scrum and SAFe methodologies. Adam also has extensive experience at thyssenkrupp Elevator as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Product Owner from 2010 to 2018. Adam began their career as an Aircraft Technician in the United States Air Force, specializing in maintaining and training new Airmen.

Adam Hosman obtained a degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota in 2010. Adam has also acquired various certifications, including Certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant (SPC) in 2021, Certified SAFe 5 Agilist in 2020, Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner & Scrum Master in 2017, Certified Product Owner in 2016, and Certified Scrum Master in 2015.
