Anna Durham

Anna Durham, Ph.D has extensive work experience in leadership and management roles. Anna is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations & Business Process Management at CoBank, where they oversee process and change management, loan administration, payment services, and more. Prior to that, they worked at Westpac Group as an Executive Manager, where they led strategic initiatives in client lifecycle management and global FX & client onboarding. Anna also gained experience as an Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman, where they worked on global IT strategy and regulatory submission projects. Anna began their career at Goldman Sachs, holding various roles including Executive Director, Department Leader, and Associate, where they managed liquidity and collateral management functions and oversaw strategic projects. Anna also served as the Director of Operations at EUSA and Assistant Director at Boston University Sydney Programme earlier in their career.

Anna Durham, Ph.D, received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology/Archaeology from UC San Diego in 1998. Anna went on to pursue their PhD in Anthropology at the University of Sydney, completing their studies in 2003.
