Conrado Lima has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Conrado'smost recent role was with CoBank as the VP Lead Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Rabobank from 2014 to 2023, where they held the position of VP - Sr. Relationship Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing new business and managing debt financing relationships within the Texas food & ag market. Conrado Lima holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Corporate Finance and Banking, which they obtained from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidade de Uberaba in 2007. In 2003, they completed another Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ibmec. Additionally, Conrado has obtained various certifications, including CPA-20 from ANBID in 2008 and AAI from CVM & ANCORD in 2005.
