Kate Latour

Kate LaTour is a seasoned professional in corporate social responsibility and government affairs, currently serving as the Senior Manager at CoBank since July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Government Relations at the National Cooperative Business Association CLUSA International from February 2019 to August 2022, and positions in the United States Senate as a Legislative Aide and Intern from January 2014 to February 2019. Earlier roles include Administrative Assistant at McNally Peterson, S.C., various internships, and service as Resident Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Division of Housing. Kate holds a Master of Arts in American Government from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
