Kelley Britt Shaw

Kelley Britt Shaw is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive support and corporate trust management. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Office of General Counsel and Board Relations at CoBank since March 2020, Kelley has previously held roles such as Assistant Vice President and C-Suite Executive Assistant at NBH Bank, where support was provided to multiple CEOs and the Legal Department. Prior experience includes significant positions at BOK Financial and Colorado State Bank and Trust, focusing on corporate trust relationship management and operational practices for high-maintenance accounts. Kelley holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver, an MS in Organizational Leadership and HR Management from Colorado State University Global, a BFA in Theater Design and Technology from Illinois Wesleyan University, and has participated in extended study abroad at Goldsmiths, University of London.
