Melissa Kucera

Melissa Kucera has over 30 years of HR experience, with their most recent role being Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CoBank. In this position, they oversee a team responsible for employee welfare, benefits, talent acquisition, data analytics, HR compliance, and operations. Melissa also provides strategic HR data and advises on compensation strategy for the Board of Directors. Prior to CoBank, Melissa worked as the Vice President of Talent Management at CoBank and Head of North America HR Business Partners at Janus Henderson Investors U.S. Melissa has a strong background in employee relations, program development, training, and talent acquisition. Melissa also had HR leadership roles at The TriZetto Group and JPI. Melissa began their career as an Executive Recruiter at Colorado Corporate Search and Recruiter at Finali Corporation. Melissa spent 15 years at Arthur Andersen as an HR Manager.
