Scott Willis

Scott Willis has a diverse background in product management and business development. Scott started their career at Storage Technology Corporation as a Senior Product Manager, where they worked for almost a decade. Scott then moved on to Managed Storage International as a Business Development Manager. After that, they joined Carreker (later acquired by Fiserv) as a Senior Principal, where they were responsible for implementing check imaging solutions. Scott then held the role of Director of Product Management at NetDeposit (Bankserv / Fundtech / Finastra), leading a team of Product Managers and overseeing strategy, pricing, and product release. Scott later joined Panini North America as a Senior Product Manager, where they successfully launched new products and led product lifecycle management. Scott then worked at Imagine Solutions (Encapture) as a Solutions Portfolio Manager, managing the product line life cycle for ECM industry capture software. Currently, they are at CoBank, where they first served as a Lead Business Analyst and now holds the role of Lead Product Manager, managing the success and profitability of various cash management products.

Scott Willis earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where they studied from 1983 to 1986. Later, in 2003 to 2004, they attended the University of Phoenix and obtained an MBA with a focus on Technology Management. Scott also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Product Management Certification from Sequent Learning Networks in 2021, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Kelsus, Inc. in 2017, PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute in July 2013, and Practical Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing in 2009.
