Teri Viswanath

Teri Viswanath serves as the Lead Economist for Power, Energy & Water at CoBank since June 2020, where responsibilities include developing market intelligence and strategic guidance within the North American electricity sector. Prior to this role, Teri was a Director at First Solar, focusing on market and competitive intelligence in the global renewable industry. Teri's previous experience includes serving as Managing Director at S&P Global (PIRA), where Teri developed long-term economic research on North American Natural Gas and Power markets, and as Director of Commodity Research at both BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse, concentrating on natural gas markets. Teri began a career in commodity research at Deutsche Bank and has held positions at Platts, Citadel Investments, and Dynegy. Teri holds a JD in Corporate Law from Fordham University School of Law.
