Wade Andersen

Wade Andersen has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Wade began their career as an Assistant Branch Supervisor at Union Bank and Trust Co, where they supervised staff and oversaw teller operations. Wade then moved to CoBank, where they worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst, providing credit analysis for current and potential commercial loan customers. After that, they joined The Parthenon Group as a Summer Principal, managing teams of consultants and clients in developing corporate strategies. Wade also worked at Harvard Business School as an MBA student, with a focus in Business Management, and at M&T Bank as an Assistant Vice President in Retail Management. Most recently, they held various roles at CoBank, including Credit Supervisor, Credit Manager, and Vice President - Regional Agribusiness Credit. Wade is currently serving as the Vice President, Corporate Finance Credit & Director of Business Operations at CoBank. Throughout their career, Wade has demonstrated strong leadership skills, consistently providing guidance and mentoring to their teams. Wade has also been involved in project analysis and organization, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

Wade Andersen completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Mathematics at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2003 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration at Harvard Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management, which they completed from 2010 to 2012.
