Will Baildon

Will Baildon has extensive experience in the finance and agricultural sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Regional Vice President and previously as Relationship Manager at CoBank, ACB since January 1998, Will has developed significant expertise in managing client relationships. Prior to this role, Will worked as a Credit Manager at Agway, Inc. from April 1986 to January 1998, and as a Loan Officer at Finger Lakes Farm Credit from July 1984 to March 1986. Educationally, Will holds an Associate's degree in Agricultural Business from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill, a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University, and completed the Stonier National Graduate School of Banking program between 2008 and 2010.
