Aleah Hawks

Aleah Hawks, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Cobb County since June 2002. In this role, Aleah oversees the Systems & Records Division, managing HRIS administration, system upgrades, HR records management, and budgeting for salary and fringe benefits. Previous positions at Cobb County include Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Specialist, where tasks ranged from system administration to recruitment and application review. Aleah began a career in human resources as an intern while pursuing an undergraduate degree, gaining knowledge in various HR functions. Aleah holds an MBA in Management from Kennesaw State University and a BBA in Management from The University of Georgia.
