Luis W. Lora

Luis W. Lora is an experienced professional in stormwater management and construction project oversight, currently serving as the Colorado Branch Supervisor for Stormwater at DBi Services since November 2018. With a strong foundation in project management, Luis has held the role of Construction Manager at Cobb County Government since 2003, overseeing all stormwater management projects and coordinating with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on permitting. Prior to these roles, Luis worked as a Superintendent at W.E. Contracting, focusing on grading, concrete, paving, storm drainage infrastructure, and landscape improvements, and as a Senior Project Manager at Cobb County from 1990 to 1999, supervising construction inspectors on stormwater management projects.
