Nancy Tolbert

Nancy Tolbert, PMP, SPHR has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Nancy worked as the Director of Financial Systems & Capital Assets at Cobb County School District, where they served as the liaison between Information Technology and the Functional teams and was responsible for project management and financial analysis. During their time at the school district, Nancy also managed the Financial Analysis and Training Department.

Before their role at Cobb County School District, Nancy worked as a Contractor at Synergy Network Solutions, where they provided consulting and project management services for the implementation of a Munis HR/Payroll System. Nancy successfully led the Payroll and Human Resource teams and ensured that project milestones were completed on time.

Prior to that, Nancy was a Program Manager at Austin HR, where they led Human Resources and Project Management consultative services. Nancy was responsible for various functions such as process improvement, project assessment, and benefits administration.

Nancy has also held positions at Valpak, Aflac, Modern Business Associates, Incoporated, Theater Radio Network, and The Florida Aquarium, where they gained experience in program management, purchasing, executive support, insurance sales, client service management, and marketing coordination.

Nancy Tolbert, PMP, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University, which they obtained from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville from 1988 to 1990. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2017. Furthermore, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute in May 2013.
