Lataurus Johnson

LaTaurus Johnson is an experienced professional with a strong background in communication and education. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Sheriff at Cobb County Sheriff's Office since January 2021, LaTaurus previously held the position of Director of Development at The Rift VR, Inc., where responsibilities included franchise development and operation of the Dallas location. As an Educational Leadership Development Specialist at Evangeline Booth College, training programs were designed and executed for various organizations. LaTaurus also served as Communications Director at Traditional Healthcare Services, restructuring communication strategies, and contributed part-time as Senior Communications Manager at JoWare Solutions. Additional experience includes teaching roles in secondary education at Fort Worth ISD and Dallas Independent School District. LaTaurus holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
