Perin Brown Burns, MPA, currently serves as a Volunteer Event Guide at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre since April 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Volunteer Customer Service Specialist at Antun's of Queens Village from September 2018 to June 2022 and as a Volunteer Event Design (Decorations) Supervisor at Chateau Briand Caterers from August 2018 to January 2020. Perin Brown Burns spent over eleven years at the NYS Department of Corrections and Community Service, holding the position of Parole Revocation Specialist 1 from July 2006 to January 2018. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Event Planning and Management from KSU Community and Professional Education, a Master of Public Administration from Metropolitan College of New York, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.

The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, a $145 million, state-of-the-art facility, is located at 2800 Cobb Galleria Parkway in northwest Atlanta, inside the Perimeter. Cobb Energy Centre is a premier venue for opera, concerts, Broadway shows, ballet, educational shows, family shows and corporate meetings and events. The Centre hosts two resident companies, the Atlanta Ballet and The Atlanta Opera. The facility includes the 2,750-seat John A. Williams Theatre, 10,000-square-foot Kessel D. Stelling Ballroom and other meeting spaces, 1,000 parking spaces including a 700-space parking deck, and full-service food and beverage capabilities. The Centre, part of the Cobb-Galleria complex, is governed by the Cobb-Marietta Coliseum and Exhibit Hall Authority.
