Mohamed Nagaty's work experience began in 2018 as a Software Development Intern at EFG Hermes, where they assisted in the development of a mobile application called ValU. In 2020, they worked as a Full Stack Development Intern at Saluslab, where they developed a front-end using VueJS for a networking and security tool called Scanda. Mohamed also integrated the front-end with a CouchDB powered database via API calls to a NodeJS server. In 2021, Nagaty worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Dell EMC, where they utilized Java's Spring Boot framework to develop a cloud-native, stateless, microservice-based REST API. Mohamed gained experience using JPA's and the Hibernate ORM for entity mapping, containerized each microservice using Docker, and deployed to a bare metal K8s cluster. Currently, they are working as a Software Developer at Cobblestone Energy.
Mohamed Nagaty has pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In 2017, they attended The American University in Cairo for a year, followed by transferring to the American University of Sharjah in 2018. Mohamed continued their studies in Computer Science at Sharjah and completed their Bachelor's degree in 2021.
