George Bayer, MBA, PMP has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. George has held senior director and director roles at Cobec Consulting, Inc., where they directed finance teams in the cost/benefit analysis, investment analysis, and valuation of major capital investments for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). George also led strategic growth initiatives, new business opportunities, and contract proposal writing. George has managed multiple consultants in investment analysis, developed innovative solutions to support FAA clients, and designed sustainment analysis models. Prior to their role at Cobec Consulting, George worked at the Federal Aviation Administration as a program manager and business case lead, overseeing the implementation of FAA programs and evaluating major IT capital investment projects. George also has finance and analyst experience in the private sector, including roles at Manti Operating Co, BP, The Walt Disney Company, and ConocoPhillips. George holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business and has additional experience in equity capital markets from their internship at RBC Capital Markets.

George holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Texas McCombs School of Business, where they specialized in Corporate Finance and Energy Finance. Prior to pursuing their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, with a major in Finance and a minor in English. George is currently working towards a second major in English, also from the University of Florida, with an expected graduation year of 2022.
In addition to their formal education, George has also pursued other educational programs. George participated in the Talent Identification Program (TIP) at Duke University, where they studied Advanced PreCalculus. George also attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied engineering. Furthermore, they completed the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2013.
Before their college years, George attended Palm Beach Day Academy for their early education and later graduated from Cardinal Newman High School in West Palm Beach.
