María López Molina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. María recently joined Cobee in 2022 as the first hire for B2C Marketing, where they are responsible for developing a customer-centric strategy to boost uptake for clients of all sizes. Prior to that, they worked at Graphext from 2020 to 2022 as a Brand Ambassador & Marketing/Business Development professional, defining the company's customer success and marketing strategy. María's experience also includes working at ICEX in 2020 as an International Trade & Investment Advisor, conducting market research and analysis to support the internationalization of Spanish companies. Before that, they were an International Business Executive at MAXAM in 2019, managing export operations and accounts. In 2017, they worked at Twenix as a Learning Experience Manager, creating and managing educational materials for language learning. Additionally, María served as a Spanish Lecturer and Intercultural Events Coordinator at Central College in 2017-2018, teaching Spanish and designing customized lessons for students of all levels.

María obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Management from ICEX-CECO in 2019. María pursued further specialization in Marketing Data Analytics through a bootcamp at UNIR Formación Profesional from 2022 to 2023. María also completed a program in Digital Marketing and Social Media at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 2020 to 2021.

In terms of their undergraduate education, María studied International Politics at Central College in 2017. María then pursued a degree in Translation and Interpretation with a focus on English and German at Universidad de Granada from 2013 to 2017. As part of their studies, María participated in a 10-month Erasmus program at the University of Münster in 2014 and 2015.

María has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills in marketing and analytics. María became a Braze Certified Marketer and Braze Certified Practitioner from Braze in May 2023. María also received certifications in HubSpot's marketing software and Inbound Sales Certificate from HubSpot Academy. In addition, they have completed several courses on LinkedIn, including Excel for Marketers, Excel: Tracking Data Easily and Efficiently, Marketing Tools: Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing Foundations. María also holds a certification in Business Analysis Foundations from LinkedIn. Earlier, in 2011, they obtained their TOEFL certification from The TOEFL® test.
