Christine Montalvo

Christine Montalvo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at CAES since July 2023, Montalvo previously held the position of Director of Operations RF2M at Spectrum Control from April 2019 to June 2023. Earlier in the career, significant roles included Business Unit President, Assistant General Manager and Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Operational Controls at L3 Technologies from 2003 to 2018, alongside a tenure as Senior Business Manager at both BAE Systems and Lockheed Martin from 2000 to 2000. Christine Montalvo earned a Master’s degree in Operations Management from the University of Scranton (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Dowling College (1981-1985).
