Matt Carden

Matt Carden has extensive experience in the defense electronics industry, having worked at BAE Systems/Cobham Defense Electronic Systems as a Principal Process Engineer from 2001 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions in various managerial roles, including Business Unit Lead for Standard Operating Framework and Manager; Electronic Attack Value Stream. Currently, they serve as the Director of Quality & Mission Assurance, while previously holding the position of Value Stream Manager. Matt'sresponsibilities have included overseeing production, ensuring on-time delivery, and managing team alignment to meet commitments.

From 1997 to 2001, Matt Carden attended Drexel University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
