Long Lay

Long Lay is a seasoned professional in the field of RF and microwave systems with extensive experience in project management and engineering support. Currently serving as a Senior Space Project Manager and Non Conformance Management Expert at EXENS SOLUTIONS since September 2018, Long Lay specializes in designing and manufacturing advanced RF and microwave components. Previously, Long Lay held the position of Senior RF & HF Test Engineer at United Monolithic Semiconductors from January 2013 to August 2018, focusing on the characterization and testing of GaAs and GaN semiconductor technologies. Prior roles included providing sales support for the Asia market and conducting research in radar imaging at ONERA. Long Lay's educational background encompasses a Master's degree in Engineering from Pierre and Marie Curie University and Agile Project Management certification from APMG International.
