Art Pathe

Art Pathe has extensive experience in business transformation and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Director and Analyst of Change Management & Continuous Improvement at Cobham Sensor Systems since August 2004. In this leadership role, Art Pathe focuses on implementing Lean Enterprise principles to enhance Value Streams. Prior to this position, Art Pathe held the title of Marketing & Sales Director, overseeing a team of 10 in various aspects of business development and sales management. Before joining Cobham, Art Pathe was the Business/Product Development Manager at REMEC Broadband Wireless, where responsibilities included shifting the company’s focus to market-driven product development through market research and analysis. Art Pathe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University between 1978 and 1982.
