Ted Ley

Ted Ley is an experienced Service Delivery Project Manager at Cobham, where responsibilities include overseeing the development of in-service support for the £60M Emergency Services Network Airborne Communications System. Previous positions include Chief Engineer at Serco, managing aircraft maintenance for global operations, and Information Systems Project and Programme Manager at the UK Ministry of Defence, overseeing multiple IT projects with a £5M budget.
