Anders Christensen

Anders Christensen is an accomplished engineering and project management professional with extensive experience in the field of satellite communication and R&D. Currently serving as VP of R&D Engineering at Cobham Satcom since July 2020, Anders oversees project management governance and resource management for electronics and mechanical resources. Prior positions at Cobham SATCOM include Director of R&D PMO and Director of R&D Aero, specializing in aeronautical hardware development. Anders's earlier roles encompass leadership in L-Band product development, product strategy for land mobile portfolios, and establishing R&D operations in China at Thrane & Thrane, where responsibilities included software development management and technology introduction. Anders began a career in software development at Dansk Informations Teknologi and Datacentralen I/S after earning a BSc in Computer Programming from the Danish Academy of Engineering.
