Mark Skidmore

Mark Skidmore, PE, CEM has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mark is currently working as the Sr. Director of Engineering at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., where they focus on building relationships and investing in people. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Engineering & Design and the Director of Operations and Maintenance at the same company.

Before joining McCarthy, Mark worked at TUV Rheinland PTL as the Regional Field Manager and later as the Manager of Solar Plant Services. Mark also gained experience at Kyocera Solar, Inc. as a Sr. Project Engineer, SOLON Corporation as an Engineering Manager, and American Solar Electric Inc. as the Sr. VP of Engineering & Customer Support.

Mark started their career at Superior Sprinkler as a Service Tech and was involved in irrigation drafting and design. Overall, Mark Skidmore has a strong background in engineering and project management, with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences for clients.

Mark Skidmore, PE, CEM holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Math and Science from Palm Beach Community College. Mark also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University. Additionally, they attended William T. Dwyer High School.
