Emilly Mota

Emilly Mota has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Emilly started their career as a Director of Sales at Crescer Capacitações, where they developed strategies that led to the company's successful launch and expansion. Emilly then worked as a Member at Clube de Consultoria UFC, where they studied GMAT and solved cases related to real business scenarios. In 2021, Emilly had a pre-incubation experience at NINNA Hub, where they gained knowledge and skills in startup development. Emilly also worked as a Project Management Consultant at Proativa Jr., where they gained experience in managing projects. In 2022, Emilly took on the role of a Data Analysis and Performance Intern at San Paolo Gelato & Café, where they worked on analyzing data and improving performance. Currently, they are working as a Revenue Operations Intern at Cobli, where they focus on business intelligence and the creation of projects and dashboards to support sales.

Emilly Mota attended the Federal University of Ceara from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued a degree in Engenharia de Produção Mecânica (Mechanical Production Engineering).
