Cason Kong

Cason Kong currently serves as the Security Compliance Manager at Cobo since July 2022, where responsibilities include designing and implementing a Security Compliance Program for the blockchain industry, and establishing information security practices based on industry standards. Prior roles include Information Security Manager at AXA, where management of cyber security programs and compliance with multiple standards took place, IT Security & Compliance Manager at HTX, focusing on IT security governance, and Cyber Security Specialist at GovTech Singapore, contributing to security audits and vulnerability assessments. Cason's extensive background began in the Singapore Armed Forces as an Armour Tank Commander, transitioning through various IT security roles within Singapore's police and governmental agencies, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Information Communication Technology from the Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Engineering Informatics from Nanyang Polytechnic.
