Réka Kelemen

Réka Kelemen has a diverse work experience in supply chain management, production, project leadership, logistics, and IT support. Réka has worked as a Supply Chain and Operations Manager at COBOD International since January 2022, where they are responsible for production planning, supply chain management, and daily operations. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Management Student Worker at the same company from February 2020 to December 2021, assisting with production planning, logistics, and ad hoc tasks.

Réka also has experience as a Junior Project Leader for Automotive Steering at Bosch from May 2018 to June 2019, overseeing hardware application projects for developing steering systems. At Anheuser-Busch InBev, they served as a German Logistics Department Transportation Planning Officer from October 2017 to March 2018.

Réka's previous roles include being an IT Support Team Leader at FINA in 2017, where they led a team of 10 IT experts supporting top executives. Réka also worked as a SAP Logistics Intern at AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt. in August 2016.

Throughout their career, Réka has demonstrated strong project management skills, successful implementation of ERP systems, and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones and cultures. Réka has also achieved notable results in meeting KPIs and ensuring smooth operations within their responsibilities.

Réka Kelemen has a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management, which they obtained from the DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Réka completed this degree between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland from 2013 to 2017. Réka also attended Mercer University from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Réka Kelemen obtained certification in DS Project Management ISO 21500 and ISO 21502 standards from Danish Standard in August 2021.
