Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions in golf operations, including Head Golf Professional and Associate Head Professional at Oakdale Golf & Country Club from February 2017 to September 2020, and Associate Golf Professional at The National Golf Club of Canada from February 2014 to February 2017. Andrew's experience also includes roles as Assistant Golf Professional at Royal Montreal Golf Club and Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club. Andrew graduated with a degree in Professional Golf Management from Camosun College.
