Andrew Hamilton

Andrew Hamilton's work experience starts in 2004 as an Independent Consultant, where they served as an IT software consultant for Oracle and Java technologies. Andrew also served as the Interim IT Director for CGFNS International during this time.

From 2005 to 2007, Hamilton worked as the Director of Information Technology at CGFNS International, where they implemented an in-house document management system and led a software development team responsible for an online application and case management system.

In 2007, they joined The Revere Group as the Delivery Director, overseeing infrastructure design and build out for a treasury management SaaS application. Andrew also developed a client support team and managed release management and production development.

In 2008, Hamilton co-founded Yield Technologies, Inc. and served as the Co-Founder, CTO, and Senior Vice President of RentSocial. Andrew led the efforts to pivot the startup to SaaS and managed engineering and product teams.

From 2013 to 2015, Hamilton worked at RealPage, Inc. as the Vice President of Engineering for LeaseStar and later as Vice President of Consumer ILS. Andrew was responsible for running engineering, QA, and product design teams and overseeing the consumer-facing ILS business.

In 2015, Hamilton founded Dander and served as Co-founder until 2016. Andrew also briefly worked as the Chief Technology Officer at CriticalKey during the same period.

From 2016 to 2018, Hamilton co-founded and served as the COO of ApartmentJet, a short-term rental platform focused on the multifamily industry.

In 2018, Hamilton joined Expedia Group as the Head of Operations for Multifamily, where they oversaw operational activity for ApartmentJet and Pillow clients. Andrew'sresponsibilities included account management, partner and vendor relationships, analytics, and revenue generation from short-term rentals.

In 2020, Hamilton became the CEO and Co-Founder of When Insurance.

Andrew Hamilton earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. No additional certifications or information regarding institutions or dates of obtaining certifications were provided.
