Pedro Soler Alcantara

Pedro Soler Alcantara is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the mining and engineering sectors. Since 2008, Pedro has served as CEO and Processing & Water Director at Cobre Las Cruces - First Quantum Minerals, overseeing the production of the Hydrometallurgical Refinery and managing water facilities. Prior to this role, Pedro was the Director of Engineering and Maintenance, as well as Head of Engineering and Maintenance at Elimco from 2006 to 2008, where PEDRO established the Oil & Gas Division and significantly increased annual revenue. Earlier experience includes working as an Industrial Engineer at Repsol from 2001 to 2006. Pedro holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Maintenance Management from INGEMAN - Universidad de Sevilla, complemented by a Master’s in Executive Management from Instituto Internacional San Telmo.
