Steve Chambers, also known as TechWriterOG, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the tech industry. Steve started their career as an Associate Analyst at ITSM.tools in 2017, where they worked until September 2022. During this time, they gained valuable knowledge and skills in the field.
In 2016, Steve took on the role of Interim Technical Director at PSTG, a reseller and systems integrator. Steve provided expertise in sales, presales, practice, portfolio, and operations while the company searched for a permanent Technical Director. Steve's technical and strategic abilities greatly contributed to the growth of the business.
Steve's expertise expanded further when they joined Strategic Blue as the Vice President of Technical Sales in 2017. Steve worked closely with the CEO to onboard clients from both the public and private sectors in the US and UK. As a cloud technologist, they specialized in AWS and played a crucial role in developing the AWS Managed Service Provider (MSP) process and tools.
During their time at Cutter Consortium, where they were a Senior Consultant, Steve advised forward-thinking CIOs on cloud operations, procurement, and pricing strategies. Steve collaborated with Strategic Blue in this role, ensuring clients had the most effective cloud strategies in place.
From 2017 to 2019, Steve served as the Chief Operating Officer at Cloudsoft Corporation. With a strong focus on customer success, they engaged directly with executives, developed sales engagement materials, and built products and services tailored to customer challenges. Steve successfully built an AWS practice from scratch, achieving Advanced Consulting Partner, DevOps competency, Well-Architected, and Solution Provider status within 18 months.
In 2020, Steve worked as a Presales Consultant at Fedr8 Ltd, where they utilized a proprietary deep learning software analysis platform to provide cloud migration recommendations. Steve conducted presales calls, produced product demo videos, wrote articles for the website, and managed AWS Technology Partner activities. Steve'sinsights and advice on software architecture and features greatly contributed to the company's success.
Steve's passion for technology and writing led him to found Viewyonder in 2008, a company focused on solving problems and creating content for tech B2Bs. As the Founder and Chief Mischief Maker, they spearheaded the development of self-help guides, examples, and customized services for clients.
In 2021, Steve joined Cobry as a Google Cloud Business Development specialist. With their previous experience in building AWS cloud practices, they helped Cobry establish and develop their Google Cloud practice. Steve'srole involved marketing, sales, presales, and professional services.
Currently, Steve is working as a Freelancer at TechwriterOG, where they continue to utilize their technical writing skills to create informative and useful content.

In terms of additional certifications, Steve has acquired various accreditations from Amazon Web Services (AWS) including the AWS Business Professional - Partner Accreditation, the AWS Technical Professional - Partner Accreditation, the AWS Solution Architect Professional, the AWS DevOps Professional, the AWS SysOps Administrator Associate, and the AWS Solution Architect Associate, all obtained in 2017. Steve also completed the Hubspot Inbound Marketing certification in April 2020. Furthermore, Steve has undertaken the digital courses "The Digital Garage" provided by Google in September 2016 and "Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure" and "Essential Google Cloud Infrastructure: Core Services" provided by Coursera, although the specific completion dates for the Coursera courses are not available.
