Tia Pegarido

Tia Pegarido is a seasoned professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Cobu since 2025. In this role, Tia focuses on creating impactful customer experiences and leading a global team to build stronger communities. Prior experience includes Customer Success Leader at KATANA Safety™, where Tia developed onboarding strategies that achieved a 75% pilot-to-contract conversion rate and significantly boosted product adoption.
