Bat Chen Blanga has over four years of experience in HR and recruiting roles. From January 2022 to the present, they have been working as a Human Resources Specialist at Cobwebs Technologies, where they manage the employee lifecycle process, provides guidance to managers on employee relations and HR topics, and handles recruitment responsibilities. Prior to this, from October 2020 to January 2022, they worked as a Recruiter at Cobwebs Technologies, where they were responsible for managing the full recruitment process and creating a positive candidate experience. From January 2018 to October 2020, they served as a Recruitment & Placement Manager at Nisha Group, where they reviewed CVs, coordinated the recruitment process, and provided ongoing support to candidates.
