Eran Zisser

Technical Customer Support at Cobwebs Technologies

Eran Zisser has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Starting in 2002, they worked at Cellcom, where they held multiple roles including Engineering Support - Internet and integration expert, Premium support and gold service expert, and Support, Internet and data center. During their time at Cellcom, they provided high-level customer support, training on cellular devices, data technology, and internet services, and administered MOSS systems.

In 2015, Eran joined PNMsoft as a Senior Support Engineer, where they provided product, development, and application support to customers in Israel and abroad. Eran worked closely with development and QA teams, providing solutions 24/7 and training customers and colleagues on various topics.

Currently, Eran is working at Cobwebs Technologies as a Technical Customer Support.

From 2000 to 2004, Eran Zisser pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from Ruppin College.
