Claire Gheerbrant

Claire Gheerbrant is an experienced international programme manager specializing in francophone West Africa at COC Nederland since November 2019. Claire's prior roles include program manager for Jeune S3 at Stichting PSI Europe and programme assistant positions at both the Red Umbrella Fund and Mama Cash, where Claire contributed to grant applications and funding reviews for community-based organizations in Africa and the Middle East. Between 2013 and 2016, Claire served as project manager at Est Ensemble, overseeing the appropriation and demolition of unsafe buildings, as well as the reconstruction of social housing, while coordinating with various stakeholders. Earlier experience includes a project officer role at Ville de Pantin, focusing on renovation incentives to promote social housing. Claire holds a Master's degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from Ecole d'Urbanisme de Paris and an MBA in Political Science and Government from Institut d'études politiques de Rennes.
